Run a simple hiring process. Decide on what you learned.

hire.fit is software that walks you through one hire, from the interview plan to the onboarding plan. It keeps what was said and what your interviewers saw, so every interviewer knows what to look for, and you decide on what was said and seen, not on memory.

Made by Ambassador Group

You ran the interviews yourself, and the hire still surprised you.

You asked hard questions and called the references. But the questions changed from one candidate to the next, and most of what you heard never got written down. When a hire went wrong, there was nothing to go back and check, so the next one ran the same way. A hire that doesn't work out costs months of salary, the time to search again, and the people who covered the gap in the meantime. hire.fit gives each hire a short written plan and keeps what you learn against it.

A process you can repeat, and a record you can learn from.

A process you can repeat

Every hire follows the same four steps, but the plan is not a fixed script. Each round of interviews is built from what the last one left open, so the process fits the role and the candidate in front of you.

A record you can learn from

Every hire adds transcripts and feedback to your firm's record. Reviewing it shows where your interviewers can improve and what your team tends to miss. When a hire struggles later, you can check whether the interviews missed something, or whether the problem came from onboarding or leadership.

A decision made on data, not vibes

The person making the hiring decision sees each risk, what was learned about it, and what is still open, on one page. The decision is still theirs. It rests on what was said and seen in the interviews.

Running a hire takes four steps.

01 · Build the interview plan

Decide what to ask, and who asks it

hire.fit starts from your job description and helps you write an interview checklist: what the job needs, and what could make the hire go wrong. You pick the interview team and give each interviewer a lane, so two people don't cover the same ground while something important goes unasked. Each interviewer gets a short prep sheet before they walk in.

02 · Collect the record

Keep the transcript and each interviewer's feedback

Interviews are recorded with the candidate's consent, and hire.fit keeps the transcript. Afterward, each interviewer answers a few questions about their lane. Their feedback is filed under their name, so the final meeting doesn't depend on who remembers what.

03 · Find the blind spots

Compare what was said with what your team heard

hire.fit reads the feedback next to the transcript and shows what is still missing: nobody has asked about this risk yet. It drafts the plan for the next interview around those gaps. You repeat until you are satisfied the risks of the job have been explored, then you decide. hire.fit doesn't score the candidate and it doesn't stop you from hiring.

04 · Build the onboarding plan

Carry what you learned into the first months

When you make the hire, hire.fit turns the interview observations into an onboarding plan written for this person: what to support, what to watch, and when to check in. What your team learned in the interviews gets used after the offer, too.

If a hire doesn't work out, both sides answer a short review, and what comes out of it goes into the plan for your next hire.

The decision stays with you.

A mirror, not a score

hire.fit never grades or ranks a candidate. It shows what your team learned about each risk and what nobody has checked yet. You judge what you see.

It never blocks a hire

You can move forward at any step with any risk still open. hire.fit shows the gap and leaves the call to you.

Names on the record

Every risk has an owner, and every piece of feedback carries the interviewer's name. The decision records who made it and which open risks they accepted.

hire.fit makes no prediction about how a hire will turn out. Your hire records belong to your firm, and you can export them.
